An auto accident between a Jeep and a U.S. postal truck left the Jeep’s then 13 year-old passenger, en route to church, seriously injured after the postal truck turned prematurely and the Jeep hit a tree. The crash resulted in massive injuries for the teen. The case C.F. vs the United States of America settled for $2 million dollars.
